Open Houses
So I am going on an Open House marathon. I started last week and it will continue for the foreseeable future. I have 2 Open Houses this coming week. The first is Tuesday 7 November from 1 pm to 4 pm. The address is 5006 N Hazelwood Terrace Ln, Spokane Valley. It is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood just off E Upriver Dr. The easiest way to get to the property is north on Argonne, then left on E Upriver Dr, the turn right onto N Vista Rd, Then right onto E Broad Ct then just follow it up and turn right onto N Hazelwood Terrace Ln and the house is second on the right. Cannot miss it with the Coldwell Banker Tomlinson "For Sale" and "Open House" signs out front. Some may remember the property from the Fall Festival of Homes. This home is a gem. It is a new construction home built by Paras Homes. One of the finer builders in Washington state.
