New Construction

Today is a new day and started off great for I woke up breathing and on the correct side of the dirt. It only got better when after a meeting I had to potential be one of two listing agents for a new construction development that will begin here in the next 2 months. The builder is finalizing their part before they can start building which will get to the next part where myself and another agent can start advertising the properties. Here are some photos of the potential views that one would have from their property. I will add more pictures as we progress forward. I am excited for this opportunity. The views from the properties are beautiful especially the further up the hill you get. The builder is planning to have a couple plans to choose from and finishing touches the buyer can select from. Also planning to have a custom option to select from. It is really exciting to have the opportunity to be part of something like this from the ground up. Stay tuned for more updates!!
Lots 2 & 3

As for where this blog is going, over the next few weeks I am working on setting up interviews with principles, teachers, and coaches from several of the schools in the area to give you their thought and why they choose the schools they are with. I will be blogging about the properties that the agents tour each Tuesday after our morning meeting. In some cases it would be a seek peek of what is about to hit the market from agents that are with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson.

If you are interested please sign-up for one of the two gatherings we are going to start with. each one will be limited based on location capacity limits.
