CBT Broker walk thru 19 Sept 2017

This week's Broker's tour took us to the neighborhood of Bella Vista to this large beautiful home at 4809 S Bella Vista Dr. It is in the Central Valley school district. This home is spacious and views that are just amazing on a clear day. You can see Mt Spokane from the upper deck. There are 2 decks. The upper is off the dining room and the lower is off the amazing basement. Half the lower deck is covered by the upper and the lower has a hot tube. Here we are in the 2 nd month of 2018 and I must say one of my FAVORITE months. January was a whirlwind of a month. It was here, I blinked and it was gone. For the real estate industry lots has happened already. Washington State Governor Inslee has signed Bill 6091, hopefully fixing the Hirst Decision. Homes are listed for sell and are gone before you know it. The inventory of homes for sale is currently at an all time low for Spokane County.
