CBTV Broker walk thru 29 Aug 2017 part 1

Yesterday was a broker walk through for homes that Realtors with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson have listed. The purpose of the walk through is to get other Realtors' comments and thoughts on the show and curb appeal and the price. The listing Realtor gets the comments and it helps the Realtor get the word out to other Realtors. Usually a Realtor who does the walk through knows a client that the home would be perfect for or at least be interested in the home.

For this week's walk through we toured 4 homes and they all were nice. Two of them really caught my attention and I wanted to share them with you. This will be a 2 part blog this week.

The first home is at 18205 E 11th Ave, Greenacres, WA. It is nestled in a quite neighborhood. The square footage is approx. 2808 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are upstairs with a bathroom. The master is on the main floor with a large walk in closet. The final bedroom is downstairs in the basement with a nice entertainment area.


 This house is a must see! It will not last long, so get in while you can.

Here we are in the 2 nd month of 2018 and I must say one of my FAVORITE months. January was a whirlwind of a month. It was here, I blinked and it was gone. For the real estate industry lots has happened already. Washington State Governor Inslee has signed Bill 6091, hopefully fixing the Hirst Decision.
