Being the New Year everyone is into their New Year Resolutions. I am no different, and like most, mine will probably fall by the waist side sooner or later. Well, I am working to make this year different than past years and stick to my Resolution for 2018. My Resolution is to focus on one thing, which is more like one word. That word is Better. To be Better than I was in 2017 and previous years. To be a Better husband, father, Realtor. Ultimately to be a Better person than I was in 2017. One of the things I am going to be Better at is writing blogs. More posts, and hopefully Better informational and interesting posts.
To start this Better year for blogging, I give you this home at 4927 E Greenleaf Ave, Mead, WA 99021. It is a lovely split level home. It is a 4 level split with 1 wood burning fireplace and 1 wood stove.  It has a 3 car garage with the third slot having garage doors at both ends for easy access to the backyard for your gardening tools. It comes with its own hot tub on the back wrap around, 2 level deck. On the 1st (upper) level there are 2 bedrooms with access to the deck and 1 of the 2 bathrooms. The 2nd (main) has the fireplace and large floor to ceiling windows that let in lots of natural light. Also on this level is the kitchen that has been remodeled with beautiful cabinets and granite counter tops. The 3rd level has the 2nd of the 2 bathrooms and in that bathroom is also where the washer & dryer go. This level also has a space for a living/T.V. room, the 3rd bedroom and access to the 3 car garage. The 4th level is open with a pool table; yes the pool table is available with the home.  The 4th level also has the mechanical room with the gas water heater and gas furnace. It also has a fairly large closet for storage.

 The 2 additional features of this home is it sits on a large lot and if you are a gardener then it already has an area within the backyard fenced off as a garden area. The back deck is where the hot tub sits for those relaxing nights of soaking while sipping on the beverage of your choice.  This home resides in the Mead school district and a short drive to everything that is Spokane.
