This week’s Property spotlight is 2708 N Perry St. The home is an interesting home in that it has lots of potential for where it is located and how it is zoned. As for the zoning, it is zoned light industrial, which allows a lot of uses for running your own business out of the home. The home surprisingly has a lot of room. Here we are in the 2 nd month of 2018 and I must say one of my FAVORITE months. January was a whirlwind of a month. It was here, I blinked and it was gone. For the real estate industry lots has happened already. Washington State Governor Inslee has signed Bill 6091, hopefully fixing the Hirst Decision. Homes are listed for sell and are gone before you know it. The inventory of homes for sale is currently at an all time low for Spokane County. Exterior View Day 3 of Open Houses and I am at 5904 S Helena St, Spokane. A Mortiz Kundig designed contemporary rancher on just over 1 acre, located on the South Hill area this home has a humble look to its exterior, but is far from it once you walk thru the front door. Being the New Year everyone is into their New Year Resolutions. I am no different, and like most, mine will probably fall by the waist side sooner or later. Well, I am working to make this year different than past years and stick to my Resolution for 2018. My Resolution is to focus on one thing, which is more like one word. That word is Better. To be Better than I was in 2017 and previous years. To be a Better husband, father, Realtor. Ultimately to be a Better person than I was in 2017. So I am going on an Open House marathon. I started last week and it will continue for the foreseeable  future. I have 2 Open Houses this coming week. The first is Tuesday 7 November from 1 pm to 4 pm. The address is 5006 N Hazelwood Terrace Ln, Spokane Valley. It is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood just off E Upriver Dr. The easiest way to get to the property is north on Argonne, then left on E Upriver Dr, the turn right onto N Vista Rd, Then right onto E Broad Ct then just follow it up and turn right onto N Hazelwood Terrace Ln and the house is second on the right.
