So here I sit 9 months after retiring from the Army and I find myself in a whole new world than what I grow up in as a military brat and 23+ years of my own military career. I found myself wanting and needing something new, so I jumped into the real estate industry in an area and a market I knew every little about. I also found out that you must learn to swim very quickly in an industry that moves even faster. Luckily I join a good firm that is all about giving new and veteran Realtors the help, training and advice needed to be successful. So what is the Double whammy?
